I did create account and contacts, however my manager can't acsses my information

    Hi Rafel,

     

    Do you have role hierarchy defined in your org? Manager needs to be above you in role heirarchy, then He/She will be able to see records created by you. 

     

    If there is no role hierarchy defined in your org, then either you need to write a criteria based sharing rule Or manual sharing to share records with your manager.
