Enabling API to connect to SSIS

How do I enable API ? I am using a trial edition and trying to get data on to a server using SSIS? The error message I get is API disabled for this partner or organisation. I have a sys admin role currently. Please advice.

    The Trial Orgs are the at the most Professional Editions and these don't have any APIs either. So if you're planning to upgrade the same to an Org that you're planning to use in future then I would suggest you to contact salesforce.com and enable it.

     

     

    Also you might also wanna create a Free Developer Org which will definitely have this and you can push the data from SQL Server via SSIS Packages to the respective DE. I also believe that salesforce.com can even upgrade the DE that you just signed up to fully functional paid Org once when you contact SFDC.
