I have a user which has outlook 2010 but the Salesforce to Outlook Add-in can't find a version of outlook 2007, 2010 or 2013

I have tried to install via .msi as well and it doens't recognise it either?

Any Ideas?

I suspect the client's email config fix will take care of it. Like so many client apps, when it queries the OS for "email clieint", it gets whatever the operating system tells it (or not). After the IT team does their re-install and confirms all the client settings are right, I bet things work much better.
