I think I figured out the last one (granted apex permissions to the profile?) but any suggestions for the first two (or what may have caused these errors to all occur at once) would be extremely helpful!

Thanks - I actually am the Admin (or trying to be). Another user is experiencing these errors, and I'm trying to figure out how to change her access.
