Data Loader for Topics?

Is it possible to use Data Loader to add multiple contacts to an already created Topic?

    Thanks Deepak. That service looks great, however, our company has us so locked down I am unable to view my successes and errors so unfortunately I am unable to use this tool.

    Any other way to assign multiple contacts to existing Topics?
