I have had the user delete the App....I then deleted the device from Salesforce Classic and it is not allowing the user to reload the App...the message my user is receiving is..

 

registering

 

This has been for more than 48 hours.

    Could you check if its a device specific issue or please verify if your ORG has any IP restrictions or mobile restrictions. you could check this in the setup of your ORG
