TaskRay Reporting

All.... we have installed the TaskRay app to help us manage our projects in marketing. I am the administrator for our Salesforce users and have access to TaskRay as well. I am having issues with the reporting on TaskRay. When I log in as a TaskRay user I can run the standard TaskRay reports just fine. But when I try and run them out of Salesforce as the admin, I get the following message... 

 

This report can no longer be edited or run. Your administrator has disabled all reports for the custom object, or its relationships have changed.

 

Does anyone know what I might be missing and why the reports run just fine for a user but I am unable to run them or create them as an admin? Any thoughts are appreciated. Thanks.

    Hi Keith, I have no experience with TaskRay Project Management, but I know it is a paid app,  sicne you are pay, you can email their support., let me know if you want me to connect with someone in Bracket Labs
