I am trying to activate an inactive account, but when I click Active and hit Save then I get this error: There are no Knowledge Licenses available to you. If you wish to buy Knowledge Licenses, please click here.

 

 

Why am I getting this message?

 

 

I checked in my Company Information but don't see anything about Knowledge licenses.  There is also nothing on the user account screen about Knoweldge.

    Interesting...I think we used to have Knowledge licenses (1?) but didn't renew those in December.  This may have been a Knowledge user, but now that field doesn't show up since we have no Knowledge license, so I have no way of clearing that field for the user.  He never used Salesforce much so I'll just create a new account for him.
