Might be too simple for some of you........but here goes!
My users are uploading values that dont match the ones I've loaded in my custom picklists. How do I ensure that they load matching values?

I like the validation rule option. I know that it would prevent the upload, but that's my point! You fix it before you load it!
**The MI guys use demand tools to load data, and it allows them to load the garbage?
