Email Action - Default Font and Font Size - Then lock
Does anyone know whether we can set a default font (and font size) on an email action in service cloud?
And ideally can we stop the agents from being able to change the font.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

So the only way to set the font that the recipient will receive is either by the user setting it every time they send an email or through every email template having it set.
And there is no way to stop the user from changing the fonts in the email composer.
