@David Louie (or anyone else) - is there a simple way to remove the old Notes & Attachments related list from page layouts in an automated way once the move to Files and Notes is done? Thanks.

Thanks for pinging me @Victor Almeida . We don't have a completely automated mechanism, but we do have an AppExchange package that gives you an easy to use UI where we'll:
1) Show you all the page layouts with the Notes & Attachments related list.
2) Give you the ability to remove those related lists from one UI
3) Give you the ability to add the Files or Notes relates list to those page layouts.
