i have followed steps as per instructions mentioned on trailhead but its showing as technical position page API and label not found in technical section and after i tried to solve . then its showing that developer name should be unique.

But in here after clicking gear icon not seen "Edit Page".
what and how to solve it. Kindly help to solve it.

In your case the page is to be created in Customize the User Interface for a Recruiting App > Create a Custom Position Record Page
