Create order from Quote flow is inactive preventing to complete the trailhead task

Hello,  On "Configure and Execute a Simple Order Orchestration" Trailhead, there are instructions to create an Order from a Quote.   By clicking this button "Create Order", there is an error stating:   Error notification.

Flow configuration error

The Create Orders from Quote Screen Flow is not configured. Contact your Salesforce admin for help.    It seems that the flow realeased by Saleforce Trailhead Playground was not set active.     I cannot proceed with the task as the action fails to execute the flow.    Also I want to point out that I am facing multiple freezes in the Playground. The page needs to be refreshed many times making the process to complete the Trailhead task longer than needed.    Thanks.

Error We can’t find the quote Office Supplies. Make sure you create the quote for the EdgeMX account.

I’m getting the following error:

I’ve created the EdgeMX

account, 

and I’ve created the

Office Supplies quote directly from the EdgeMX account record.

I’ve tried recreating both the EdgeMX account and the Office Supplies

quote multiple times, 

but no matter what I do, the error keeps showing up. 

Everything seems to be in place — so why doesn’t the error go away?

Team, I have tried to do this trail about three times, I am 100% certain I have not skipped a step, but I keep on getting tihs error! Please help

Your permission set called Agentforce User doesn’t have Agent Access to Quoting Agent.

    To resolve this Trailhead error, you must explicitly enable your active agent within the Agentforce User permission set. Simply assigning the permission set to yourself is not enough; you must also configure the Agent Access section within that set.

    Follow these specific steps to grant access:

    1. Open the Permission Set:
      • Go to Setup > Permission Sets.
      • Click on the Agentforce User permission set you created for this challenge.
    2. Enable Agent Access:
      • In the Apps section of the permission set overview, scroll down and click Agent Access.
      • Click Edit.
      • Find the Quoting Agent (or the specific agent name you created) in the "Available Agents" list.
      • Click the Add arrow to move it to the Enabled Agents column.
      • Click Save.
    3. Final Verification:
      • Click Manage Assignments to double-check that your name (the system administrator) is listed as an assigned user for this permission set.
      • Pro-tip: Go to Setup > Agentforce Agents and ensure your agent is in an Active status. If it is in "Draft," the permission set cannot see it correctly. 

    Common Pitfall: If you have multiple agents with the same name from previous attempts, the Trailhead check may fail. Ensure you only have one agent named "Quoting Agent" (or the exact name required by the challenge) and that it is the one enabled in your permission set.
