Objeto Review no aparece en el package instalado para este reto

Hola, necesito ayuda con el reto Controlar el acceso a objetos, segui los pasos que encontre en otras publicaciones de ayuda y no hay caso, no puedo encontrar el objeto custom Review. Cree un playground desde cero, instale este package 04t0P000000N9rs

y sigue sin aparecer. Algo curioso es que al revisar los componentes de ese package el objeto custom Review no está en la lista, es posible que este sea el problema y el package está incompleto? 

 

Si alguienlo puso resolver me sirve su ayuda, gracias

    Ok, el problema fue que el paquete tiene otro nombre para el objeto Review, complete el reto utilizando el objeto Interviwer para el permission set  

    Access and Manage Reviews y funcionó, validó el reto.  

    Está bien? Está mal? No lo sé, pero validé y seguí adelante

Superbadge: Advanced Flow for Agentforce Challenge 4

I can´t not finish the bagde because I am having this message all the time:    Challenge Not yet complete... here's what's wrong:  The Prompt Template Summarize Esso Messaging Session doesn’t have the specified prompt text to support customer sentiment management.    I have check almost 30 times but still I have the Issue. Here you have my prompt, if someone can help.

    It´s not working. I have check many times, when I choose Messaging Session and Record Snapshot the Resource appears in purple and Record Snapshot.MessagingSession, not in green colour and not with :  

     

    I have check with differents resources but they are from 2025,

    and some youtube channels which have the resolution. Nothing works.  

     

    If someone can check now, I will appreciate any help. I can finisht this badge for this reason.

Build Your First Sales Coach challenge fails to detect Opportunity Coaching subagent

I am working on the Trailhead project:

 

Build Your First Sales Coach

Configure and Activate Your Sales Coaching Agent

 

The challenge validation fails with the following error:

 

[Sales Coach Agent] does not contain

[Agentforce Sales Coach: Opportunity Coaching].

 

Current configuration:

 

- Sales Coach Agent is Active

- Developer Name: Sales_Coach_Agent

- Locale: English (United States)

- Language: English

- Topic Selector subagent exists

- OpportunityCoaching subagent exists

- NegotiationRolePlay subagent exists

- ProposalRolePlay subagent exists

 

OpportunityCoaching contains all four standard feedback actions:

 

- Give Feedback on Qualification Stage

- Give Feedback on Needs Analysis Stage

- Give Feedback on Negotiation/Review Stage

- Give Feedback on Proposal Stage

 

The current Agentforce Builder uses Subagents instead of Topics.

 

The validator still reports:

 

"[Sales Coach Agent] does not contain [Agentforce Sales Coach: Opportunity Coaching] topic."

 

Has anyone encountered this recently? Is this a known validator issue or is there an additional configuration required in the current Agentforce Builder UI?

Hi,We can’t find an Apex class named DashboardController

It says this "We can’t find an Apex class named DashboardController" 

 

though I can see this class in the developer console . 

 

Still getting error.  

 

Its the same orgs , I have checked.

Not getting option of Employee Agent at all

I'm not finding this option to select Agentforce Employee Agent in this challenge - 

Create an Employee Agent

    I tried through App Launcher itself.  

    Please check if this helps?

I'm following the module "Salesforce CRMの日常的な活用". My Trailhead Playground contains the Account object, but the Sales app and App Launcher don't display the Accounts tab. I created a new Playground, but the issue persists.
