In the attached image, I am trying to get total HOURS of cases, in this case I want to get the total value of 4+ 2+ 1 = 7. but my calculated field gives me 4x(3 sessions) + 2+1 = 15. How can I avoid these duplicate rows to be included in my calculation. My only focus is on case nos hours excluding sessions.
