Hi all,
our Tableau Online instance doesn't connect to our Salesforce app.
We tried through Integration/Settings, and by creating a new data source using the Salesforce connector. We are asked the Salesforce log-in, but then nothing happens - no error messages or other information.
Salesforce shows no incoming/attempted connection, so it seems like Tableau Online is not sending any requests out.
We are able to connect to Salesforce using Tableau Desktop, so it seems to be something with Tableau Online.
Any ideas?

We solved the problem,
writing the solution here as well: it was an issue with IP settings on the Salesforce side of things.
In Tableau Online, create the connection through Settings/Integration/Salesforce.
Afterwards, log in as Admin to the Saleforce site. Go to "Manage connected apps", and select "Tableau Online for Salesforce". Click on "Edit policies", and in the field "IP relaxation" select "Relax IP restrictions".
