Why my measure filter range does not return to original value even if the ranges are at min and max values, still filters some value and I need to click the Click to Show All values button.

Thanks so much for the help, Matthias. I would need to see if possible to anonymize the data as it is sensitive. However, I will try to explore the zn() workaround as I am sure it has to do with null values. However, I do see this as a shortcoming of Tableau, when those intuitive things do not happen as expected. I will keep you posted, thanks again.
