I need to know if I can create reports and dashboards on TABLEU using CISCO Finesse as a datasource
@Michael Madisha usually Tableau have connectors to MOST USED data bases.
Here is what I found:
"What is Finesse? Cisco Finesse is a next-generation agent and supervisor desktop designed to provide a collaborative experience for the various communities that interact with your customer service organization."
I am assuming such systems will not allow you to connect to them.
But these systems may have a storage/repository where they keep all the results.
I'd recommend to work with you administrators and find a way to export the data or ETL into a data base or data warehouse where you can connect with Tableau.
