Hi,
I am new to Tableau and I am trying to create a gauge to show percentage to goal for employee volunteer hours. The goal is 3000 hours. I have attempted to follow this link with no luck. I know there are may ways to achieve this, but I cannot seem to figure it out. I would appreciate any help. I have attached the workbook. I plan to put the gauge in the lower left cornet of the first Dashboard and I am flexible on the style of gauge. As you can see I have no clue! Thanks in advance for any help.

Hi Ken,
I am just trying to do a gauge graph instead of the bar graph I used since my mgmt. really liked to look of the gauge. The Dimension I am using is Tl Quantity and just need a percent to goal, which is 3,000.
