Can I create Salesforce user accounts using personal emails? We have several 1099s joining who don’t have company emails. We also use Einstein Activity Capture.

@Lisa Pazienza Yes, you can use personal emails for Salesforce users, and EAC will still work. However, consider security risks and compliance issues (if any). A couple of things to keep in mind:
- If a user leaves, the company may lose access to communications tied to their personal email.
- Einstein Activity Capture (EAC) syncs emails & calendar events based on the connected email account. If users use personal emails, their personal emails may get synced into Salesforce. This could lead to data exposure risks and privacy issues.
Overall, I've seen many organizations creating Salesforce users with personal emails with no issues at all.
