I have a customer service manager who is wondering how we can build a timestamp for them based on the first initial response to a customer under a case.
Basically they want a date/time field populated after a salesforce user responds via email on the case the first time. Can anyone document step by step on how this can be achieved? I am more of a step by step documentation person to created this.
