Creating an email publisher layout for gmail/outlook crashes in fresh scratch org

Hi,

When we create a fresh scratch org and try to create a new publisher layout, whenever we try to save we get an internal error :

We sent a message to the support but haven't got a response yet. Did anyone ever encounter this ?
