Override Save Button

I want to open a pop-up screen on Task Save (from Lead) showing Lead Status and promt user to change Lead Status

Lead --> New Task --> Fill Task Details --> Save --> Popup screen (lead status dropdown) --> Save --> back to Lead detail page
