I cannot see the field ForecastingItemCategory on the ForecastingItem table. Any ideas?

Hi,

I have a connector that allows me to export SFDC data through ODBC.

I can export every field from the  ForecastingItem table except for ForecastingItemCategory -which is of course the one I really need.

I can see the field on the UI, use it on reports, and export it to excel, but it appears "invisible" to ODBC. Any insights are appreciated!

    Thanks Andy.

    I have asked and they say they are using 34.

    I also opened up a case with SFDC tech Support and they mentioned that this particular field cannot be exported, kind of like the "converted" currency fields on opportunities. This seems odd and I cannot find any evidence of this in documentation, but I also cannot "see" the field through data loader or conga queries (the other 2 methods I have to query the salesforce database). I am working on a workaround that involves creating snapshots of reports and getting the data that way but I would much rather get direct access to the field.
