I signed up for the Approval Process Specialist Superbadge and I got the email to Verify Account.  I did so and I have to login for the first time.  I did not receive a default password so I used the Forgot Password link.  Now it's prompting me for my pets name and that is not working.

 

I know this question has been asked plenty of times, but I can't find an answer beyond getting support involved.  Please help me resolve this issue.

    The superbadge makes it seem that the Verify Account button should have taken me to a form to complete my registration, but that did not happen.
