Hi Everyone,
I wish to have specific temple attach to my from address. So far we can only have one predifine template per quick action. In my i have multiple from address and those should have different templates assign to them.
Is there any , apex trigger that can be build to achieve that ?

Sorry if it was not clear. When the user open a case, within the activity tab they select the send email tab , then the From address, and depending on the from address we have different template. I heard that might be possible with a trigger but can t find documentation about it.
