Can activities be set to not change to the Dynamic Composer ie remain tabbed after upgrade

Is there a way to default activities to tabbed so they don't change to the dynamic composer after the upgrade to Spring 23. I can see that the option is available after the upgrade on the page edit of the object ie account, opportunity
