Make certain case record type visible to only System admins?

I have created a case record type (Privacy Cases) that I only want visible to system admins. I have Service Agents that can still see these cases though. I can see that Service Cloud profile case settings have sharing settings overrided but I can't seem to figure out how to edit that? Any help would be appreciated. Note: I already have the Cases marked as Private in the OWD, and have edited Permission Set for the Case Object to Not Available #Service Cloud #Data Management #Data Security (screenshot attached in reference to the share settings that are overrided)

    You're welcome, Erin! Stuff like this is fun for a geek like me. And yes, Mikey's on point with his screenshot. I'm also a visual learner, and this is where--and how--you'd go to remove those system permissions for the profiles in question.

     

    I'm not sure you need another permission set here, though...but before we look deeper into that: do you have system admin permissions in the org you're trying to modify? Also, I can't not ask this because I'm me (haha), but can you confirm you're trying to do this in a sandbox or dev org?
