Hello, I created the following Lead sharing rule, by country, to manage the integration with an external system. In order to test it I try to login as the Integration User and search for a Lead corresponding to criteria that should be shared... but it is not. I'm 100% sure the Lead I use as test responds to the criteria. Where the problem could be? In which other context a conflict could be hidden?

Thanks Vuk, I made all tests with the country field and the problem persists. The Lead I'm using to test the visibility has Country=Spain (+ all other criteria) and is not shared... even if I use CONTAINS instead of EQUALS
