Is there a way to filter (or a report) that will show if a file has been called more than once a day? I am trying to build a filter that will make it easier for our new leads to be outreached twice in one day

Is there a way to filter (or a report) that will show if a file has been called more than once a day? I am trying to build a filter that will make it easier for our new leads to be outreached twice in one day

    1. You will have to create a field on activity (Event) object called the power of (https://success.salesforce.com/answers?id=9063000000048RbAAI)one and create a report type "Leads with Activities" look for events and of type call and summarize by the power of one field.

     

    2. create a picklist field (with 1,2,3,4,5,6,7 as values) on the lead object and have your sales team update them whenever they make a call and have it in the list view.

     

    But of all these require your sales team updating the lead record when they work on it
