W have many instances in which a Master Services Agreement (MSA) is executed b/w our company and another, followed by several Statement of Work (SOW) and/or Amendments. Each unique document has its own Contract Record. Reaching out for guidance to "link" these agreements together. In other words, In the MSA Contract Record, we'd like visibility to all of the associated SOW's and Amendment Contract Records. Is it possible to create a Master-Detail Relationship within a single Object (Contract Record, in this instance)?

yes. edit the contract page layout and add a related list for contracts - when on the parent record, you'll see the related child records
