My organization wants to use the Salesforce Outlook add-in to log emails, but we have run into a snag. The add-in appears to try to link to user objects by default, and we need to log emails on our Contact objects.
Does anyone know if there is a way to change the default object this links on? The current behavior is confusing for our users since they need to remember to change the object the email links to each time they log an email.
