Please, I need some help with this issue. I've just completed the hands-on challenge in the module I am working on: Define sharing rules. When I submit to check what I have done in my org, the system responds thus:
"Challenge not yet complete in My Trailhead Playground 2. The sharing rule did not behave as expected"
But I have completed all the assignments and cross-checked my answers multiple times. How do I now proceed with this as it has not been possible to connect with live person support within Salesforce? Or does anyone know how to connect with a human being in salesforce to resolve such issues? Thanks

Could you post a screenshot of your Sharing Rule? A lot of times it's a matter of making sure the Labels and API names of all the fields, roles, etc match the values provided in Trailhead exactly (no extra spaces or typos). Could you confirm that you have completed the "Control Access to Records" unit and the "Create a Role Hierarchy" unit in the same Trailhead playground?
