Is there a way to modify the Utility Bar in the Retail Banking Console (part of FSC Managed Package)?

Question

I am currently working on configuring the Retail Banking Console app in Financial Services Cloud. Unfortunately, the Utility Bar configuration page is blocked in the app and it just reads, "You can't edit the utility bar. This app is from a managed package."

Is there any way for me to modify the features presented on the Utility Bar for my users without having to clone the app altogether?

You cannot modify the utility bar without cloning the app.
