In my organisation, we sell only 11 product. Then, instead of using the object product, there is a picklist field (let's call it Type of Offer) on the opp to select the product.
Now, in order to install a billing application from appexchange, we need to use products for our opportunities.
Hence, I would like to create a flow to automatically create an opportunity product based on the value of the picklist Type of Offer.
With process builder, I have developped the creation of an opportunity product with quantity =1, when Type of Offer is modified, but I don't know how to select the correct product among the 11 products in my standard pricebook...
Of course, when I test the process, it fails.
Would you know how to solve that ?

I strongly suggest you use Opportuinity Products. You can enable the option to prompt users for a Product when they are creating an Opp. Since you only have 11, that would make it very easy for them to get the right Product on each Opp.
