I have added custom and standard lightning actions on page layout level. But still for account object none of the action is getting displayed. i have tried multiple things from assigning record types to org wide default record page. But nothing is working out. Can you please help me out ?

You need to disable the feed tracking for this Object. see the attachment for more details.
