Mapping Product Amount to Opportunity field

I'm trying to create a workflow where once a product is created on the opportunity level it will map the Sales Price to an opportunity currency field but am struggling to put this workflow together. Here's what I've got so far:

 However, when I try to change the record type to opportunity, it will not allow me to map to that object. Any suggestion on what to do?
