Mass update Price Book Entry from Workflow/Process Builder

Hi- Formula fields can't be assigned as an External ID, and we need to update values in an external ID on the Price Book Entry object. So, I need to use a text field to mass update based on a formula.

 

We have 2 million records that need this update, and we can't do this through dataloader(size) or through Informatica (need that external ID I'm trying to update).  I didn't see how you can use Process Builder or Workflows to update a Price Book Entry record.

 

How do you do this?

    2Million records is too large of a file for Excel to handle.
