Kanban list view not appearing for different roles even though I set Sharing settings as "All users can see this list view", it appears back as table view

I also set up Roles to appropriate users and did not work.

Rather odd some users yes and others not? same object? check this out https://help.salesforce.com/articleView?id=kanban.htm&type=5
