Hi,

 

We have recently adopted person accounts, we have an issue with when we convert our leads to account that they sre still converting on a corporate level and not person. I have set person accounts as the default.

 

Below is what i have changed in the account object permissions.

Any help would be appreciated.

    Hi David,

     

    When the standard company field in Lead is not blank, it will be converted as Business Account with Contact

     

    You could create a new custom field "Company" and use a workflow to update the custom Company with Standard Company and make standard Company field blank

     

    or you could even replace Standard company field in Web-To-Lead form with Custom field

     

    When there is no value in the Company field, it will be converted as Person Account
