I am trying to set up evercontact

I am new to salesforce. I am trying to set up evercontact. I keep getting an error message. Fields accessibility problems. I try to follow directions but they are not very clear. Is there a better  set of directions anywhere. 

 

Appreciate any help. Been at this for a few days.

    Hi Mark, If the issue is related to field accessibility, please check the 'field level security' for those specific fields and give it a try. Sometimes, restricted field access could be the problem.
