Is it possible to mass update field names and/or labels?

I have an object with 53 custom fields. I need to update the field name and labels of all of those fields and then add 53 more (basically adding duplicate fields, like "name 1" and "name 2", whereas right now it's just "name").

 

Is it possible to do a mass update of field names and field labels? Or will I have to do this all by point and click? I've always done it point and click but am dreading the idea of that right now :)

 

Any input is appreciated!

    Hi,

     

    Thanks for responding. I did end up getting the DataloaderIO from the app exchange.

     

    It's not clear to me, however, how I can update field names/labels and add new fields. It's clear how to edit/update existing data or insert data. But, is it possible with this App to edit just field names/labels and create new fields? I don't need to edit the records within this object.

     

    Would you be willing to provide any resources/guidance if you happen to know how to do this?
