As a new administrator, how do I access my employees activity?

I just was hired as a manager and my employer created a new profile for me, and granted me administrator privileges.   The previous manager has her own account and she has all the reports I need on her account.  Is there some way to gain access to her reports (from within my account) without putting them into a public folder and sharing them with the entire sales team?  I have her login info, if that helps.  

 

Also, how do I make sure I can see all my rep activities? Is there a setting I need to initiate?
