I have a user that has two Android phones. One of his phones will not allow him to launch Salesforce. He gets an error..."logged out due to inactivity". Now it will not allow him to log back in. Any suggestions?

The phone with issues is a Samsung Note10S

    Hi Doreen

     

    This error usually came when you have your dev org on for large time and you are not doing any work on it. So it expires our session.

     

    by the way, you are trying to login your dev org of Salesforce from trailhead by clicking on launch button?

     

    May be mobile, it is giving you the issue, i will say- why cant you open new tab and login using credentials?

     

    Hit a site-  login.salesforce.com and enter creadentials.

     

    P.S- If you are doing it from mobile then please make sure you are using your chrome in desktop site view.
