Any recommendations for EXTREMELY basic time tracking/expense reporting?

Hey there! I'm looking for recommendations for an (ideally free or inexpensive) basic time tracking and expense tracking app. Essentially our team needs to capture block hours of time (typically it's as simple as entering "8" and tabbing 4 times for each other day), as well as a way to capture expenses for clients/travel/etc.

 

We started using Timy because we have basecamp, and it fits half the bill, but we are still out in the cold when it comes to capturing and reporting expenses so our accounting dept doesnt flip out.

 

Any suggestions in Appexchange? thanks!
