Hi! I am hoping we can use Salesforce Files to upload our process manuals and publish the link for those manuals on Lightning home page as well as in custom help that displays at the top bar. Has anyone else done that? How do we get the URL for a file without publicly sharing a file?

when we click on the file name in the library, the file opens up as a pop up and we would like to have a similar experience with this help manual link. 

I do not want to create a public link to the file as these manuals are only for our internal staff.
