Thanks for Christian's interim workaround. I entered the return email address as instructed, but when I hit save it overrides that email address with the previous one. The return email address I would like is an "info@...." email address rather than a user account at SF - is that why I cannot use it?

I’ve noticed that when you change the response email, SF sends a verification link to the new email account so the change could take effect.
