Manage Relationships
Once your connections are represented in Salesforce, you can start the important work of managing their interactions. Two tools that make this possible in NPSP are the Activity Timeline and list views
Stay Up to Date with Activities
The Activity Timeline includes easy-to-scan summaries for activities like emails, phone calls, meetings, and appointments related to contacts and accounts. It’s critical to helping your teams engage with constituents more meaningfully.
Sort and Segment Records in NPSP
Using list views, your teams can stay on top of all of their tasks in one place. List views help you quickly narrow down and find data. You use them to make it easier to sort, segment, and update records in NPSP.
We’ve shown you some views that come out of the box with NPSP, but the real power of list views comes from customization. As a next step, you can create personalized list views to support your most common tasks.
