Hello, I am trying to complete the "Create Prompts in Lightning Experience" in the User Experience section of the Admin beginner trail. In the New In-App Guidance there is no next option and only a done option which does not let me complete the task.

Hi Everyone,

I have an issue that I can't seem to find a simple resolution to. I want to add a prompt to the user when they mark an Opportunity as Closed - Won, simply to say "Please ensure the contract has been signed before marking the Opp as Won" or something like this. I have added Help Text to the Stage field saying as much, but this doesn't help when the majority of users use the Sales Process banner. It is also only relevant to Opps marked as Closed - Won, so not ideal as of course Help text is visible at all Stages.

I did think to add a checkbox called 'Contract Signed', and then create a validation rule that doesn't allow users to mark as Closed - Won unless that box is checked. However, the need for a contract to be signed is only applicable to a certain record type (International Development Opportunities), so presumably if I did implement this, it would effect all record types, so I would need another work around for the non ID Opportunities. Before I go down this route, which seems unnecessarily complicated, is there a simpler solution?
