Hands-on challenges are the “secret sauce” of Trailhead. Before searching for solutions to superbadge challenges, review the Salesforce Certification Program Agreement and Policies. ** NOTE ** : If you were able to get a response that solved your issue, please mark it as the 'Best Answer' to help other Trailblazers. If the issue persists after 48 hours, create a Trailhead Help case at https://help.salesforce.com/s/support for further assistance.

I'm working through the "Agent Customization with Apex" trail, unit "Create an Apex Agent Action." My hands-on playground shows a License Error under Setup > Einstein Bots > View Prerequisites — "Agentforce Service Agent" is unchecked. The "Manage Agentforce Service Agents" permission set doesn't even appear in the Available Permission Sets list for my admin user. Einstein Bots and EinsteinGPT both show as available/provisioned — only Agentforce Service Agent is missing.

I've tried this with 3 separate freshly-created playgrounds, including one launched directly from this unit's Launch button just now, same result every time.

Is this a known provisioning issue with this module's playground template? How can I get the correct license added to my org?

Details:

  • Module/Unit: Navigate Guest Experience Bookings
  • Org: Coral Cloud Resorts special org (username: saho6514samholz001-ccr01@coralcloud.example)
  • Action taken: In Coral Cloud Resorts app, selected General Agent, ran “Show me the experience bookings for Miko Mistumi,” opened the 2:30 PM Coral Bay Cruise Booking Record Number, and sent “Please cancel the booking tied to this session.”
  • Result: Agentforce confirmed “successfully canceled.” On the Booking record, Status = Canceled and Is Canceled = true.
  • Error: Verifier shows “we can’t verify that the 2:30pm experience session booking has been canceled.”
  • Blocker: The original 2:30 PM booking no longer appears to select again, so I cannot retry in the same org.

Please review backend logs for my verification attempts and advise next steps or reset options.

Hi @Tushar Jadav - I definitely saw that the reservation was cancelled in the two places it was supposed to. Now Miko's 2:30 reservation doesn't even appear in the list view anymore. I tried going through the whole workflow again and that didn't work either. It appears to be some kind of system glitch. At this point, this is becoming a huge blocker from me getting to all the tasks I need to and would like support for someone to walk through how to address this over a phone call.

Hi everyone,

I'm working on the Turn On Your New Lead Nurturing Agent project in Trailhead.

Problem

Under Manage Access for Managers and Users, I successfully assigned my own user. However, the project instructions and screenshots show another user named Kelly Edge that should be assigned.

When I:

  1.  Click Manage next to Manage Access for Managers and Users
  2.  Change the list view from Recently Viewed to All Users
  3.  Search for Kelly Edge

the user does not appear in my Trailhead Playground.

What I've Already Tried

  •  Refreshed the page.
  •  Changed the list view to All Users
  •  Searched for Kelly Edge multiple times.
  •  Checked Setup → Users → Users, but the user is not there.

Questions

  •  Is Kelly Edge supposed to exist in every Trailhead Playground?
  •  Do I need to create this user manually?
  •  Can I continue the project by assigning only my own user or another available user?

Environment

  •  Product: Salesforce Trailhead Playground
  •  Module: Turn On Your New Lead Nurturing Agent
  •  Feature: Manage Access for Managers and Users

Hi,

I'm stuck on the module Create Custom Buttons and Links.

It says "For example, earlier in the module you entered audit information for “GenePoint 5-year review.” When you view the GenePoint account record, then click the Related tab and scroll to the end of the record page, you see an Energy Audits related list displaying that audit.

Maria wants to add a custom button to that Energy Audits related list to let users navigate directly to the Ursa Major Solar energy audit guidelines PDF. She’s already uploaded the PDF as a file, but she needs its URL in order to have the custom button point to it. Here’s how that works."

But I never did that step. What Audit Guidelines? I have done every module leading up to this and I never uploaded a PDF called Audit Guidelines. Am I missing something?

The first two steps are:

"

  1. From the App Launcher, find and select the Sales app.
  2. Click the Files tab. Here, Maria can see the guidelines PDF she uploaded."

When I go to the Files tab there's no Audit Guidelines PDF. Where do I get that?

Hello Salesforce Community , My name is Riad, and I am currently focused on building a career specifically in Salesforce Administration.

I am not looking for a general job — my goal is to gain real, hands-on experience strictly in Salesforce.

I am currently seeking:

  • Salesforce Internship (remote or on-site)
  • Volunteer opportunities in Salesforce projects
  • Junior-level exposure to real Salesforce environments

My objective is simple:  To work directly on Salesforce, learn from real scenarios, and build practical experience before pursuing certification.

I am ready to:

  • Assist with basic admin tasks (data entry, user setup, reports, dashboards)
  • Support ongoing Salesforce projects
  • Learn quickly and commit seriously

I am open to unpaid or part-time opportunities if it helps me gain real Salesforce experience.

If anyone can guide me, mentor me, or offer even a small opportunity in Salesforce, I would truly appreciate it.

Thank you in advance for your support.

@riad bouchenak You do not need to wait for a certification to start getting real Salesforce experience. If your goal is Salesforce Admin specifically, I would focus on building proof of hands-on work first. The best starting point is a Trailhead Playground and a free Developer Edition org, because both let you practice in a real Salesforce environment instead of only reading theory. Trailhead’s own guidance for Playground Management is literally to create hands-on orgs and practice your Salesforce skills, and Salesforce Developers also offers free trial orgs for testing and development.

    Check this Trail: https://trailhead.salesforce.com/content/learn/trails/learn_salesforce_with_trailhead

A practical path would be this. Start with Salesforce Fundamentals and the Salesforce Admin Career Path, then build things that look like real admin work: create users, profiles, permission sets, custom objects, page layouts, validation rules, reports, dashboards, list views, flows, and basic automation. Salesforce positions Career Paths as guided, role-specific learning with hands-on practice, and the Admin path is specifically built around the Salesforce Admin role.

    Check for reference: https://www.salesforce.com/learningprograms/

Then make your practice look like experience. Do not just say “I completed badges.” Build 2 or 3 small portfolio projects in your org, for example:

    •  a help desk org with cases, queues, assignment rules, and dashboards
    •  a sales pipeline org with leads, opportunities, approval flow, and reports
    •  a nonprofit donor tracking org with contacts, campaigns, and automation

That matters because Salesforce’s Trailblazer Career Marketplace lets you showcase projects

, work history, and additional career details through Career Mode, not just certifications. Employers can search based on skills, products, and profile details.

    For reference: https://trailhead.salesforce.com/content/learn/modules/trailhead-career-marketplace-quick-look/learn-about-the-trailblazer-career-marketplace

For real-world exposure, volunteering is one of the most legitimate paths when you are new. Salesforce has an official Trailhead trail called Volunteer Your Salesforce Expertise, and it is specifically about helping nonprofits and education organizations through pro bono Salesforce work. It also covers project scoping, sustainable solution design, deployment, and handoff, which is exactly the kind of experience beginners usually lack.

    For reference: https://trailhead.salesforce.com/content/learn/trails/volunteer-your-salesforce-expertise

I would also actively plug into the community, not passively wait for opportunities. Join the Admin Trailblazer Community, local Trailblazer Community Groups, and mentorship spaces. Salesforce’s Admin Career Path links directly to the Admin community, and Salesforce’s learning programs also point beginners toward community and mentorship opportunities.

Above error is valid because you are running sfdx which is depricated,

You should run only sf beacuse Salesforce has deprecated the old sfdx CLI in favor of sf.

    sf --version

    Hello @Tanushree Debnath

Andy Young is supposed to be in the Trailhead playground sample data for that challenge; if you can’t find him the playground’s sample data was likely modified or deleted and the fastest fix is to refresh/create a new playground.

My employer is consolidating tools to the Salesforce platform across many departments. As the company KM Manager, I have been tasked with migrating our existing knowledge base to Salesforce. I started the Setup & Manage Salesforce Knowledge unit, which is helpful. However, I've reached a point in the "Manage Cases Using Articles" section that presumes I should have set up certain custom cases previously.    The problem is there's nowhere I can find a list of Prerequisite Trails (e.g., before starting this module, you should complete X and Y). Does such a flow exist somewhere? While some departments have used Salesforce for other functions, it's a new tool for me and my team.     The Playground concept is fantastic, and I appreciate the hands-on, guided learning. But it's a little frustrating to reach a point that presumes something outside the module was already completed when it hasn't been done yet.

    Hello @Kenneth Nuckols

you don't need prerequisites here. Just make sure you have well created the case as requested at the beginning of the same unit ("Create a case" section, after the introduction).

Then make sure that you use a list view as "All Cases" allowing you to see all cases with no filters.

PS : below the instructions from the " Create a Case" section :

    Create a Case

Next, create an inquiry case for Edge Communications.

    1. In the Service App, click the Cases tab.
    2. Click New.
    3. If asked to select a Record Type, select Inquiry. (This is only applicable if you have completed the Set Up Case Escalation and Entitlements project.) If you do select inquiry, you’ll need to add the Articles related list to Inquiry Case Layout.
      • In Setup click Object Manager and select Case
      • In Case Page Layouts, if there is an Inquiry Page Layout, click edit.
      • Add the Articles related list to the page layout.
      • Click Save and Yes.
    4. Fill in the case information.
    • Contact Name: Rose Gonzalez
    • Account Name: Edge Communications
    • Case Origin: Phone
    • Subject: Solar PanelsCopy
    • Description: Solar Panels need maintenance work. How do I maintain my Solar Panels?Copy
    1. Click Save.

I have done everything but I am not able to complete this -I am getting error . Check the screenshot + I am not getting this name as well in this step - Aldous Wong

  1. Back on the list view, use the checkboxes to select the Job Readiness program engagements for Aldegund Sokolov, Aldous Wong, and Alexandra Ventresca. Remember, you could have added them to a cohort when you created the engagements, but we left that field blank to demonstrate this feature.
  2. Click Add to Program Cohort in the list view quick actions. If you don’t see it, it may be under .
  3. In the Add to Program Cohort menu, find and select Eastgate in the Program Cohort field.
  4. Save your work.

not getting verified showing error- Step not yet complete in

ektasaini9test@gmail.com

We couldn’t find the Job Readiness Program engagement records for Aldegund Sokolov, Aldous Wong, and Alexandra Ventresca in the Eastgate program cohort. Make sure that the Add Contact to Program button is on the Program Engagement list view and that the records are related to the cohort, then try again.

Please help me out. I have done all the modules just stuck on this one.

When working on this, I am unable to locate the 'properties pane' after completing step 7

Create a Custom Lightning Record Page

Maria wants to create an Energy Audit record page just for her sales team so they can have the necessary field and related list information at their fingertips when they view the Energy Audit records.

When the Energy Audit custom object was created, a system default Energy Audit record page was created too. Right now, everyone in the org who views an Energy Audit record sees the information from that default layout. Maria is going to create a customized record page just for the sales people.

Let’s follow along.

  1. From the App Launcher , find and select Energy Consultations, then click the Energy Audits tab.
  2. Open the All list view.
  3. Select Burlington evaluation.
  4. From the Setup menu , select Edit Page

The page opens in the Lightning App Builder.

  5. In the page properties, change the Label to Energy Audit Record Page for SalesCopy.
  6. Change the API Name to Energy_Audit_Record_Page_for_SalesCopy.
  7. Click the Details tab on the canvas, then click the Record Detail component (where the fields are).

There are all the fields for the Energy Audit object. But they’re all in one non-customizable block. With the click of one button, we can change that.

  8. In the properties pane, click Upgrade Now to start the Dynamic Forms migration wizard.
